We remodeled this entire house on Brook Street in Sanford, Maine in the winter of 2016-17. The 1297 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home was built in 1910. It was definitely ready for an upgrade!

This included replacing doors and windows, re-finishing and updating existing features like the gorgeous columns separating the study from the living room, adding new appliances and fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms, new carpet installation, a complete paint job, and much more!
