George Adams, Jr.
President
George has been involved in residential construction for over 30 years. His experience in the industry is second to none. George graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelors in Business and began his home building business shortly thereafter. He has developed several top notch communities in York County, custom homes, as well as numerous waterfront homes. George has always taken the extra steps to make sure every customer he builds for is 100% satisfied with the work of Built By Adams. This is evident in the countless customer referrals his company receives.
In 2006, after many years of building energy efficient homes, Built By Adams made a commitment to build all homes to meet the ENERGY STAR guidelines. George has always wanted to be able to prove to his customers that the extra care he took in building their home would pay off, not only in yearly cost savings, but also with its overall impact on the environment as well. George resides in Shapleigh with his wife Patricia and has 3 children.

Ryan Adams
Marketing Manager
Ryan is the son of George Adams, Jr and leads the Marketing efforts of Built By Adams. He received his Bachelors degree from the University of Southern Maine as well as earning an Executive Certificate in Negotiation from Notre Dame and a Certificate in Financial Management from Cornell University. Ryan has an extensive background in Search Engine Marketing and Web Development and has helped Built by Adams and Ryzen Homes (sister company) grow their businesses in Southern Mane.
Ryan was a former baseball player for the University of Southern Maine as well as the Sanford Mainers where he holds several records for both teams. As well, he has been actively involved in real estate developing in York County, and has a passion for developing "green," energy efficient projects. He is married to Leah Adams and they live in Sanford with and their son Theo and boxer dog Ryder.

Aaron St. Pierre
Sales/Asst Project Manager/CAD Design
Aaron brings over 15 years experience in project management and new home development. He is well accomplished in coordinating all aspects of the building process in residential and commercial projects. Aaron has worked with over on over a hundred projects to date helping people and companies in designing restaurants, commercial buildings or homes. Aaron has worked on projectst at Penn State Football Stadium and Hub, Robert Morris College, Air National Guard, Schools, Restaurants, Jail Facilities, Retirement Facilities, and more. He is also well skilled in design and received an Associates degree in Architecture and Computer Aided Design from Triangle Tech in Pennsylvania. He is a certified Auto Cad designer and trained in Chief Architect design software and can help take your ideas and turn them into a custom design.

Leah Adams
Marketing
Leah is a native of Kennebunkport and has recently relocated to the Sanford area after several years in Boston. She has a BA in Marketing with a minor in Leadership and Women from Simmons College, and spent her post-grad years in Boston working for the Boston Bruins and Harvard-affiliated Joslin Diabetes Center. Upon returning to Maine, Leah was employed by Pierce Promotions & Event Management and Sweetser before getting involved in managing the marketing for Built By Adams and several other companies from Maine to Chicago.
When she is not in the office, Leah enjoys spending time with her husband Ryan, son Theo, and boxer dog Ryder.

Bryan Mayo
Drafting & Design
Bryan is a talented addition to Built By Adams with over 5 years of carpentry experience and now in charge of the home plan drafting and design. Bryan is a jack of all trades and specializes in computer technology. He has designed several software programs and recently was able to create 3-D renderings of all the Built By Adams home plans. By being able to model the homes in 3-D it now allows potential clients to take a virtual tour of a home before it is built. Bryan lives in Sanford with his wife and 2 children.

Andy Adams
Lead Carpenter
Andy brings over 10 years of carpentry and general contracting experience to the Built By Adams team. Hi attention to detail and ability to work of intricate and complicated projects makes him one of the finest carpenters around. He was a former standout baseball player at Sanford High School and University of New Hampshire where he still holds several records and earned his bachelors degree. Andy was signed out of college by the Chicago Cubs and played 2 years of professional baseball before retiring in Sanford with his wife and now two children, Drew and Samantha. Andy is an avid volunteer in the community coaching youth sports.
Bill Harrison
Carpenter
Bill brings over 10 years of carpentry experience to Built by Adams. He specializes in detailed finish carpentry and takes pride in his workmanship. Bill is a valuable carpenter and consummate professional. He lives in Springvale with his wife Lela.
Steve Smith
CPA
Steve Smith is Certified Public Accountant and is key member of the Built By Adams team. He owns his own successful CPA firm in Sanford and is responsible for maintaining meticulous accounting records for built By Adams.
