Built By Adams offersin-house custom design and drafting to take your ideas and translate them into construction plans. Or choose from one of our many stock home plans to get your design ideas started.  Any of our stock plans can be customized to suit your needs.

 Our design team begins with your basic plan, then integrates your revisions into the finalized plan. The finalized plan will be submitted to obtain your building permit and used by Built By Adams and the team of  subcontractors during all the phases of your building project.  Having a completed design will then allow us to accurately price out your home.

Upon completion of the design concept portion, we integrate code compliance and compliance with your specifications into the plan. Our standard practice is to make sure that your final plan exceeds code requirements for snow and wind loads for harsh New England winters.

Our in-house custom design team makes it easy to add custom features and amenities to basic home plans, such as walk-out bay windows, overlooks, custom window heights and designs, arched openings, dormers, curved garage door openings, and custom tray or cathedral ceilings. It is important to us to add all those extra touches that make each home plan customized for each homeowner.
